- Built excellent client relationships through various modes.
- Responsible for selling of software delivering the right pitch to the prospective clients for generating their interests in the company services.
- Should be able to follow up all sales leads in a timely & effective manner.
- Identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiations.
- Selling IVRS/Cloud telephony solutions to customers after assessing business requirements.
- 1-3 yrs experience in generating leads in the Domestic market.
- Generate leads through active and passive database.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Work closely with Business development/Sales team for Client appointments and achieve targets.
- Ensure follow ups are done telephonically and on emails for all appointments.
- Maintaining call reports and recording discussion with the clients.
- Undertaking first / second level of research towards successful call results
- Participate in team-oriented environment to develop complex web-based application.
- Should have experience of Codeigniter framework.
- Should have experience of optimized Mysql queries.
- Oops concepts & MVC architecture.
