Sales Executive

Work From Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles for the assigned region.
  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and drive closures.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Asterisk Developer / VoIP Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the latest version of Asterisk and a solid background in cloud telephony application development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting VoIP solutions while integrating Asterisk with various SIP lines and should be available 24/7 on emergency support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Asterisk Development: Design, develop, and maintain asterisk server.
  • SIP Server Management: Work hands-on with multiple SIP servers, ensuring reliable and efficient SIP communication.
  • Dial plan: Experience in writing dial plan.
  • PSTN Integration: Integrate Asterisk with PSTN, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality.
  • Interface Development: Develop and implement applications using EAGI, Fast AGI, and AGI for enhanced call handling.
  • Conference Solutions: Design and manage conference call setups using Asterisk.
  • Database Integration: Integrate Asterisk with databases (MySQL, MSSQL) and develop SQL queries and stored procedures as needed.
  • Scripting: Create and maintain scripts in Shell, Perl, and Python to automate tasks and enhance system functionality.
  • Hosted VoIP Installation: Experience in setting up and managing hosted VoIP services.
  • PBX and Protocol Knowledge: Strong understanding of PBX systems, SIP, and RTP protocols.
  • Multi-Server Architecture: Knowledge of multi Asterisk server architectures for scalability and redundancy.
  • Dial plan and API Management: Proficient in Asterisk dial plan, Asterisk Gateway Interface (AGI), Asterisk Manager Interface (AMI), and Asterisk REST Interface (ARI).
  • Queue, IVR, and Voicemail Applications: Develop and manage applications related to queues, IVRs, and voicemail systems.
  • SIP: Experience in Chansip and Pjsip
  • Installation and Troubleshooting: Expertly install, configure, and troubleshoot Asterisk systems and related technologies and able to identify the exact issue.
  • PSTN Card Configuration: Install and configure Asterisk with PSTN cards for traditional telephony integration.
  • Production Environment Support: Provide expert troubleshooting support in a production environment.
  • Research and Development: Engage in R&D activities to explore new technologies and methodologies within Asterisk.
  • Linux Server Management: Experience with LAMP stack (CentOS, Apache, MySQL, PHP) to support application development.
  • Additional Knowledge on SBC – like Opensips and kamailio will be advantage.
