Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Lead Generation Interns. As a Lead Generation Intern, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients and leads for our products/services. Your primary goal will be to support the sales and marketing teams by generating high-quality leads that align with our target audience and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant platforms to identify and research potential clients and leads.
  • Employ Excel sheets to organize and manage lead data efficiently.
  • Work on flexible time shifts to accommodate varying business needs.
  • Be open to working on-site, collaborating with the team in a dynamic work environment.
  • Communicate effectively, both in written and verbal forms, to engage with potential clients professionally.
  • Utilize a variety of online platforms, tools, and databases to research and source new leads.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective lead-generation strategies.

Requirements:

 

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum of a high school diploma. Pursuing or completing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and experience using it to identify potential clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to manage and analyze data effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with potential clients professionally.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive lead databases.
  • Openness to learning and implementing new lead-generation techniques.
  • Prior experience in lead generation or related roles is a bonus but not mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leader’s
  • Handling a team.
  • Generating corporate leads enquiries via cold calling and setting up meetings, walk-in, via accessing previous lead data.
  • Retain existing clients by presenting new solutions and services
  • Selling IVRS/Cloud telephony solutions to customers after assessing business requirements.
  • Achieving sales targets through new customer acquisitions
  • Identifying right prospects, cold calling, persuading customers for solutions, negotiation & closing the prospect.
